Shelia Malcolm is an ICF Associate Certified Coach, Maxwell Leadership Coach, Trainer & Speaker, transformational specialist, and bestselling author.

She coaches leaders and top performers to expand their R.A.N.G.E. so they can show up with confidence, clarity, and influence in every room they enter.

With more than 25 years of corporate experience—including 12 years as a Relationship Partner in Private Wealth—Shelia understands the pressure, expectations, and complexity that come with leading and performing at a high level.

Today, she brings that experience into her coaching and speaking work, partnering with leaders who are ready to strengthen their mindset, increase their impact, and lead from a place of greater confidence and clarity.

Shelia's Journey

Shelia's journey into coaching was shaped by both professional experience and personal transformation.

After spending more than two decades in corporate America, including leadership experience in private wealth, Shelia experienced seasons of significant personal and professional change.

Those experiences taught her the importance of resilience, self-leadership, identity, and having the courage to look within when life and leadership become challenging.

That journey became the foundation for her work today.

Shelia is the author of the Amazon bestselling book Free Me From Me: Chains Were Meant to Be Broken, where she shares a powerful story of breaking through limitations and reclaiming personal power.
